(continued from track 10 info) and this second part is a confrontation of sorts, taking a much more minor tone to the first part. the character of the main story confronts their feelings of not standing out, while i confront my feelings of feeling unoriginal and worried about becoming stale and unoriginal. the climax is that both stories end the same way, delivering the main message of the album: it's better to be true to yourself and make what you want to see more of in the world than to worry about not being recognized. make that weird game you always wanted. draw that art piece that everyone will hate but that you can be proud of. compose that abstract, artsyfartsy song you want to make.
